ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrive Kigali
Arrive Kigali international airport, met by Instyle representative and drive to volcanoes national park
Depends on the arrival time, you may have some be able to do a short Kigali city tour; where you will be able to Visit the Genocide memorial site ,visit some local markets and have lunch before you’re transferred to the park.
Upon arrival at the park, you will enjoy some time at leisure,
Day 2: Trekking Gorillas and transfer to Kigali
After breakfast at the lodge this morning, you will be picked up and transferred to the Kinigi Park headquarters by 7:00am where you will be briefed by park rangers about the rules concerning trekking.
After briefing, start off with trekking along the paths in the bamboo forests, it is an amazing activity where it can take between 2 to 6 hours to track the mountain gorillas.
When you meet the gorillas face to face you will watch them jumping from branch to branch, feed, play among other things; Only 1 hour is given to trekkers to watch the gentle giants.
You will also see buffaloes, monkeys, birds, and elephants through the forests. Later, transfer back to the lodge for lunch, check out and transfer back to Kigali to your accommodation or the airport.
