ITINERARY
DAY 1: Arrive Nairobi, Transferred to your Hotel.
Arrive: Jomo Kenyara International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Kenya
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Depending on your arrival time, you may select an optional activity available such as Bomas of Kenya, Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen Museum, Tour of Downtown Nairobi, National Museum, or Langat Giraffe Center.
Or simply relax at the hotel for the trip ahead.
Lunch and dinner will be on your own account today.

DAY 2: Nairobi – Drive to Amboseli National park
After breakfast at the hotel this morning, you will be picked up by your driver guide and drive for about 4hrs to Amboseli National park, you will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive until sunset in search of wildlife.
Amboseli National Park is truly off- beaten activity which can be adventured in open savannah grassland. However, Amboseli is the second famous tourist destination in Kenya because of its large number of elephants and splendid view of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro across Tanzania borders. The great observation of hills around the park also offers clear panoramic view of the peak and park’s plains as well as swamps like Enkongo Narok which are located underground from the mountain top and provides a rewarding emerald sash beneath.

DAY 3: Game drive in Amboseli National Park
Full day in Amboseli national park with morning and afternoon game drives.
Amboseli National park is a home of wide range of herds of elephants, buffalos and bird life species which can be easily seen along Lake Kioko and lake Amboseli, lions are rare and cheetahs are easily seen on game drive in the woods a little further south, giraffes can be seen in acacia trees. On game drive in Amboseli you can also sight see the rapier horned fringe eared Oryx antelope and the gerenuk also stretch their long necks up to forage in the tree.

DAY 4: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast at the lodge this morning, you will check out and drive for about 6hrs to Lake Naivasha, you will drive past Nairobi city with a brief stopover at rift valley escarpment viewpoint. You will arrive around lunchtime. After lunch, you will head out for game drive at Lake Naivasha and boat ride.
Lake Naivasha is home to a wide variety of wildlife including a sizeable population of hippos which usually invade our property during their nightly forays for food. Being a freshwater lake, it also has a healthy fish population to include Black bass, Tilapia and Crayfish which attract a variety of fish-eating birds such as Long-tailed and Great Cormorants, along with Fish Eagles, Pelicans, and various types of Kingfishers.

DAY 5: Drive to Masai Mara National Park
Have breakfast at the lodge, after breakfast, you will depart and drive for about 4hrs to Masai Mara via the famous Masai town “Narok”. You will have a short stopover and arrive at your Lodge for lunch. Afternoon you will have a game viewing drive.
Masai Mara is a large national game reserve in Narok, Kenya, contiguous with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It is named in honor of the Maasai people, the ancestral inhabitants of the area, who migrated to the area from the Nile Basin. Their description of the area when looked at from afar: “Mara” means “spotted” in the local Maasai language, due to the many short bushy trees which dot the landscape.
Maasai Mara is one of the most famous and important wildlife conservation and wilderness areas in Africa, world-renowned for its exceptional populations of lion, leopard, cheetah and African bush elephant. It also hosts the Great Migration, which secured it as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, and as one of the ten Wonders of the World.

DAYS 6 – 7: Game drive in masai Mara
You have two full days in Masai Mara. Game drives in the Masai Mara are unforgettable due to the abundance of wildlife and the spectacular landscapes. With gently rolling hills and wide open plains, this is the quintessential African safari experience. Expect to encounter large numbers of animals year round, with big herds of elephant, buffalo and other plains game. It is also common to see predator interaction.
The Great Wildebeest Migration passes through the Mara for approximately three months each year. Game drives may last from a couple of hours to the whole day, depending on the siting of the game in a particular day. You will visit Mara River where the annual wildebeest migration takes place. The Mara ecosystem hosts more than 250 species of wildlife and birds.

DAY 8: Drive to Nairobi / Departure
You will have early breakfast at your lodge this morning then departs and drive for about 6hrs to Nairobi city.
Depending on your departure flight, you may need a day room in Nairobi or you may drive to the airport directly for your departure flight.
